Right off the cover of Iron Maiden’s Trooper album is Eddie the Head. With a fierce snarl and beady eyes he is one mean bobble head.
His bloody saber has been drawn back and is ready to strike as he carries a tattered Union Jack across the battlefield. Eddie’s pedestal is covered in rocky boulders and features “The Trooper” on the front.
The figure is about 8 inches tall, hand-painted, and made of cold-cast resin. It comes packaged in a collectible box.
Iron Maiden released The Trooper on June 20, 1983. The song reached number 28 on the US Mainstream Rock charts.
